- Growing and developing Trinity Hospice's weekly lottery and seasonal prize draws
- Recruiting new lottery players and helping retain existing supporters
- Working with external recruitment agencies and volunteers
- Developing supporter engagement and stewardship campaigns
- Using insight and performance data to identify opportunities for growth
- Promoting the lottery at events and within the community
- Working closely with fundraising, communications and supporter care colleagues
- Ensuring lottery activity remains fully compliant with relevant legislation and best practice
What we're looking for:

- Has experience engaging customers, supporters or members
- Is organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Brings fresh ideas and a creative approach to growing income and participation
- Is confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Takes ownership and is motivated by achieving results
- Has strong IT and database skills
- Holds a full driving licence with access to a vehicle
Fundraising experience is welcome but not essential. We recognise that great fundraising professionals come from many different backgrounds and are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate transferable skills and a passion for making a difference.
