We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy to join our Strategy and Transformation team on a 6‑month maximum term contract. This role plays a key role in a multi‑year enterprise transformation across digital, technology, brand, and operating model change.

Partnering closely with the GM Strategy, Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will help shape strategic direction, lead enterprise planning, and drive critical strategic initiatives from development through to execution. You will operate as a trusted advisor in a fast‑paced, complex environment, working collaboratively across the business.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy discussions with Executive Leadership Team and Board
  • Drive annual strategic planning and OKRs, partnering closely with Finance
  • Steward and embed the enterprise strategy across the organisation
  • Lead high‑impact strategic initiatives and evaluate emerging opportunities
  • Track and report on strategy execution and outcomes
  • Coach and develop the strategy team and collaborate cross‑functionally
About you:
  • ~10 years’ experience in strategy (in‑house and/or top‑tier consulting)
  • Strong financial acumen and enterprise strategic planning experience
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and Boards
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
