Reporting to the Group Manager – Enterprise Data & Insights, you will lead a team of data and analytics specialists to deliver high-quality insights, drive operational excellence, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping data strategy, improving delivery efficiency, and partnering with stakeholders across Product, Marketing and business functions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of data and analytics professionals (6 direct reports)
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality reporting, insights, segmentation and analytics solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into actionable insights
  • Improve team performance by enhancing processes, tools, and operational governance
  • Establish and champion data standards, best practices, and scalable solutions
  • Build a structured and reliable analytics delivery framework (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Oversee reporting and dashboarding catalogue for business stakeholders
  • Ensure analytics outputs are accurate, consistent, and production-ready
  • Lead innovation through new technologies, methods, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and development of team members

You are a strong data leader who combines technical depth with commercial and stakeholder acumen. You enjoy building teams, improving processes, and delivering insights that drive real business impact.

About you:
  • 5+ years in analytics, insights or data roles, with demonstrated business impact
  • 1–2+ years leading or mentoring teams
  • Advanced SQL and Python (or similar)
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau (or similar visualisation tools)
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, ETL/integration, and analytics environments
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
  • Proven ability to improve team efficiency, quality, and throughput
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to influence across all levels
  • Experience delivering segmentation, targeting and advanced analytics from large datasets
  • High level of data literacy, numeracy and problem-solving capability
  • Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Commerce or related field
