Do you have what it takes to become a Client Coordinator?
Join Autopia, one of the Smartgroup brands, on a 12-month max-term contract based in Sydney. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the client experience, supporting employer clients through invoicing, onboarding, account administration and day-to-day enquiries, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
What you'll do:
- Respond to client enquiries via phone and email
- Manage employer invoicing and account administration
- Support employer onboarding and client transitions
- Reconcile accounts and assist with invoice management
- Partner with Client Success, Operations and Sales teams to deliver great outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
About you:
- Customer service or administration experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing deadlines and competing priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused and customer centric
- Salary packaging or novated leasing experience is advantageous
