The Sales and Events Assistant role is primarily focused on overseeing the sales and event administration for our Ticketed Events, with a particular emphasis on Shared Christmas Parties. It combines client-facing sales activity with back-office administration to ensure the smooth delivery of events and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- Shared Christmas Parties:
- Calling database for shared parties
- Using the CRM system to report on historical data
- Calling previous clients and negotiating offers where necessary
- Reacting to incoming enquiries
- Cold calling new data
- Reporting for ticketed events
- Preparing ticketing reports
- Sending e-tickets
- Printing labels, letters etc to send drinks vouchers
- Reporting on menu and drinks orders to share with the operations team
- Make outgoing courtesy calls to existing and new clients to arrange and finalise their parties
- Up-selling drinks packages to shared party attendees
- Taking payments via the CRM system
- Co-ordinate feedback questionnaires, graphs and results
- Assist the marketing team, creating campaigns and new offers to promote the shared Christmas parties
