Smart Energy West Midlands Ltd is expanding and looking for an experienced insulation installer to join our team. This role is suited to someone who is confident installing loft insulation and cavity wall insulation, takes pride in doing the job properly, and can work independently to a high standard. You’ll also support trainee installers and play a key role in maintaining quality across our installations, with clear opportunities to progress as the business grows. We will provide training in background ventilation; however, strong core installation experience is essential.
