We’re expanding and looking for an experienced insulation installer to join our team. This role is suited to someone who is confident installing loft insulation and cavity wall insulation, takes pride in doing the job properly, and can work independently to a high standard. You’ll also support trainee installers and play a key role in maintaining quality across our installations, with clear opportunities to progress as the business grows. We will provide training in background ventilation; however, strong core installation experience is essential.
Responsibilities
- Installing loft insulation and cavity wall insulation
- Working from survey details to deliver clean, compliant installs
- Supporting and mentoring junior installers
- Maintaining high Health & Safety and quality standards
- Recording works via photos and digital job tracking
- Representing the business professionally on site

- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
