Smart Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a secondary SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) PRU school in West Bromwich. This role involves supporting the class teacher and working closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviour.
About the Role- Working in a PRU with KS3 and KS4 pupils.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs.
- Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours effectively.
- Helping pupils to develop social, emotional, and academic skills.
