Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in an Alternative Provision school in Cradley, supporting students in Key Stages 3 & 4 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Job Requirements for this Teaching Assistant role:
- Experience supporting students with SEMH needs essential
- Experience within an alternate provision / PRU environment
- Strong interpersonal and behaviour management skills
