Complex Needs Support
Pay Rate: Β£95.00 per day
Location: Tamworth
Hours: Full-Time Term Time Only. Day-to-Day and Full-Time positions available.
Smart Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex needs and SEN within a specialist primary educational setting in the Tamworth area. The school provides specialist provision tailored to pupils with significant additional needs, including communication, sensory, learning and emotional requirements, emphasising independence, confidence and meaningful progress.
This role is ideal for Teaching Assistants with experience managing challenging behaviour and delivering structured, supportive learning and social experiences.
