Job Title: Teaching Assistant – SEN / Complex Needs Pay Rate: £95.00 - £98.00 per day Location: Sheldon, Birmingham Hours: Full‑Time | Day‑to‑Day Supply | Term Time Only Smart Education is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work in a specialist SEND primary setting where all pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan and require tailored learning support. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident working with pupils who present complex needs, including physical, sensory and severe learning difficulties, and who thrive in an inclusive, nurturing environment. The school promotes a personalised education that fosters independence, communication and creative thinking, and provides equal opportunities for every pupil to achieve their potential in a safe, supportive setting.
