Pay Rate: £90.15 - £100.25

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Smart Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across two specialist school sites: Site 1: ages 3–14 and Site 2: ages 14–19. Our school provides a high-quality education for pupils with complex needs, severe learning difficulties (SLD), autism, and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure pupils access a personalised curriculum tailored to their individual needs. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, enabling pupils to develop communication, confidence, and independence. You will play a vital role in creating a supportive environment where pupils are challenged to achieve their best, with appropriate guidance and care.

  • Level 2 TA
