Smart Education is seeking a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive KS2 team within a specialist setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This is a permanent part-time position, ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and who thrive in a nurturing, child-focused environment.

Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience supporting KS2 or SEND pupils preferred
- A patient, positive and proactive approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with children
- Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class support to KS2 pupils
- Assist with individual learning plans and targeted interventions
- Help deliver engaging lessons and activities
- Support pupils with communication, social development and emotional needs
- Work closely with teachers and wider SEND staff
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment
