Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to work in Walsall within early years and nursery settings, supporting children’s development, learning and wellbeing. This opportunity is ideal for a caring and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about early years education. We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner who can confidently support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.

This role offers flexible full-time, part-time and day-to-day opportunities across a variety of early years settings. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children’s learning and development, helping them build confidence, independence and key early skills. Every Nursery Practitioner contributes to providing high-quality care and education.

Job Requirements:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/EYFS qualification (or equivalent)
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification desirable
  • Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in early years settings
  • Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Role responsibilities:
  • Support children’s learning and development
