Smart Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5 to 16 in West Bromwich. This role will focus on supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including placements in alternative provision settings.
About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with SEMH needs, helping them access their education and build emotional resilience, academic progress, and positive behaviour. You’ll work closely with teachers and other support staff in a nurturing and structured classroom environment that promotes a positive learning experience for students with complex needs.
