Pay Rate: £95.95 – £105.36
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
About the Role
Smart Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 7 to 19 in Walsall. This role involves working with students who have a variety of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), and Visual Impairments (VI).
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide support to students, ensuring they access learning in a way that is tailored to their individual needs. Your role will involve providing one-on-one and small group support, helping students develop key skills such as communication, confidence, and independence.
