Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher (PMLD) for a permanent role starting in January, based within a specialist educational setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area.

Job Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience teaching pupils with complex ASD, PMLD or non-verbal needs (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of personalised learning and SEND
- Resilient, creative and committed to inclusive practice
- Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver adaptive, high-quality teaching for pupils with complex needs
- Plan and assess learning using personalised approaches
- Promote positive behaviour, independence and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with staff, families and external professionals
