About the School
Smart Education are working with a Secondary School located in Solihull just over the border of the Birmingham and Solihull. This school are looking to appoint a Science Teacher to join them as soon as possible to teach Science to pupils aged 11-16. The role can be offered on a 2 term contract basis that will run through to the end of the academic year 2025/26.

Responsibilities
- Teach Science to pupils aged 11-16 at a secondary school level.
- Be involved in delivering the science curriculum and contributing to department goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Valid Child DBS (Or be willing to get one)
- Patience, empathy and a commitment to serving the pupils to the best of your ability
- Clear understanding and commitment to safeguarding
- Ability to offer differentiated teaching as required
- Strong communication and teamwork to work with the rest of the staff team
