The Role
You will be responsible for supporting secondary schools across Birmingham and the Black Country, sourcing new education professionals and supporting existing candidates.
- Lead business development and build new client relationships while managing current accounts.
- Meet face‑to‑face with clients and candidates, creating and nurturing sustainable relationships.
- Use social media, digital channels, and job boards to attract the best candidates and clients.
- Match candidates and clients efficiently, organising interviews and meetings to ensure the perfect fit for all parties.
- Contribute to the ongoing success of a business celebrated for its reliability, approachability, and passionate service.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is ideal—education sector experience is a bonus.
- Strong organisational skills, with a focused and self‑sufficient approach to your work.
- A positive, can‑do attitude and ambition to achieve targets, earning commission and progressing within the company.
- Confident communicator—whether in person, on the phone, or using digital platforms.
