Overview
Job Title: QTS Teacher Alternative Provision
Pay Rate: £160 £230 per day
Location: Worcester
Hours: 8.30am – 4.00pm
Start Date: 15th September 2025
Contract: 1-term contract initially (September – December)
Format: Part-time, 3 days per week (ideally Monday and Wednesday)
Smart Education is currently recruiting for a QTS Teacher to join a new Alternative Provision School in Worcester. This role will begin on 15th September 2025 and is initially offered for one term, working 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the teaching of all subjects for a small cohort of 12 pupils aged 5–16, each with 1:1 support.
- Plan, assign, and delegate work for support assistants, and ensure pupils are fully supported and engaged in their learning.
