Teacher (QTS) All Year Groups

Pay Rate: £150.00 - £180.00 per day

Location: Nottingham & surrounding areas

Hours: Full-time & Part-time Term-Time Only

Smart Education is currently recruiting qualified teachers (QTS) to work across a variety of mainstream schools in Nottingham. We have a high volume of roles available, ranging from daily supply to long-term placements, across EYFS and Primary. Some roles will involve supporting pupils with additional needs, so SEN experience is highly desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers looking for flexibility, variety, or a pathway into long-term or permanent roles.

Job requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within UK schools
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
  • SEN experience desirable
  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid passport
  • Ability for us to obtain 24 months employer or academic references

Role responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across your subject or key stage
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN
  • Follow school policies and procedures
  • Mark and assess work where required
