This role supports students with complex needs, helping them access a personalised programme focused on preparing for adulthood, life skills, community inclusion, and personal development. The college provides a nurturing, structured environment where students benefit from small group learning, therapies, and practical support.

Job Requirements:
- Experience working with young people with special educational needs or complex needs
- Patient, compassionate and adaptable, with a positive and inclusive attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to support individual and small-group learning
- Willingness to support both academic and life-skills based learning, personal care, and social/emotional development
- Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Role Responsibilities:
- Support students during lessons and practical activities, working 1:1 or in small groups
- Assist in delivering tailored learning plans and life-skills programmes
- Help nurture emotional, social, and communication development
- Support independence, community skills, and transition planning
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet individual needs
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
