What You’ll Be Doing: Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons in line with the national Maths curriculum (KS3–KS4) Supporting learners of varying abilities, including those with additional needs or learning gaps Creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity and achievement Monitoring student progress and providing regular, constructive feedback Working collaboratively with colleagues, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure all students succeedWhat We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3/KS4) Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills A proactive, flexible, and engaging teaching style An Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
