We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join our expanding team based in our Birmingham office, to support the Managing Directors and Consultants in the office. This role is a full-time permanent contract. We are an education recruitment specialist providing teaching and support staff to schools across the West Midlands.

As well as general compliance duties, this role will involve monitoring the following:

  • 12 week update check renewals
  • Training take up
  • Annual policy renewals read and signed by all candidates
  • Annual training renewals completed by candidates
  • Tracking and circulating drop off candidates back to team
  • Documents to expire report - chasing and updating these documents
  • Dormant candidate tracking
  • Reference requests

We are looking for an organised and hard-working individual who can multitask. We pride ourselves on safeguarding and ensuring the staff we send to schools are thoroughly checked; you will play a major part in clearing candidates before they start work and need to have a good eye for detail. Prior experience in recruitment would be desirable.

Days of work are Monday to Friday: 7:30-4:30
