Smart Education is recruiting qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to work across mainstream and specialist SEND schools in Kettering. These schools support pupils with a range of needs, from typical primary learners to those with special educational needs (SEN) including autism, SEMH, communication difficulties, and complex learning challenges. Teachers will deliver lessons in a supportive and inclusive environment, helping pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Job Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching pupils in mainstream and/or SEN settings (essential)
- Ability to plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons
- Positive behaviour management skills and strong communication
- Child or Child/Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid passport
- Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references
