Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Nursery Nurse to work across a variety of early years and nursery settings in Dudley. This opportunity is ideal for a caring and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a nurturing environment. We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse who can support children throughout the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging setting.

This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, and day-to-day opportunities to suit your availability. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting children's early development, helping them build confidence, communication skills, and independence. Every Nursery Nurse is vital in ensuring children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn through play and exploration.

Job Requirements of a Nursery Nurse:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/EYFS qualification (or equivalent)
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification desirable
  • Experience working as a Nursery Nurse in an early years setting
  • Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
