Smart Education is currently recruiting for an Unqualified Teacher to join a specialist SEN setting in Birmingham supporting pupils within the EYFS phase. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The school supports primary-aged pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties, providing a highly nurturing and structured environment focused on communication, sensory learning, independence and emotional development.
This role would suit someone with substantial experience working with children with complex needs, who is confident leading learning activities and supporting pupils with highly individual learning and communication styles.

- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and therapy staff
- Help create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment
- Support pupils' independence, personal development and wellbeing
