Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to work in Aston within early years and nursery settings, supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate individual who enjoys working in a nurturing, play-based environment.

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner who can support children’s development across the Early Years Foundation Stage and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating and engaging environment. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time and day-to-day opportunities.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s early development, helping them build confidence, communication skills and independence. Every Nursery Practitioner is vital in ensuring children feel safe, supported and encouraged to learn.

Job Requirements of a Nursery Practitioner:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/EYFS qualification (or equivalent)
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification desirable

  • Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
