Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work at a “Good” Ofsted-rated school based in Worcester. The school provides bespoke education up to GCSE level for students who have experienced challenges in mainstream education, particularly around behaviour and engagement. The school is committed to providing an inclusive, supportive environment and delivering high-quality learning opportunities for all students.
- Ability to work under the guidance of teaching staff to deliver tailored support
