Job Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Experience supporting children in a school environment, ideally with additional needs
- Confidence in supporting behaviour and engagement
- Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid passport
- Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references
Role Responsibilities
- Support pupils in class, small groups, and 1:1 where needed
- Aid access to learning through positive behaviour and engagement strategies
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social skills
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
