Smart Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex needs and SEN within a specialist primary educational setting in the Tamworth area. The school provides specialist provision tailored to pupils with significant additional needs, including communication, sensory, learning and emotional requirements, emphasising independence, confidence and meaningful progress.

Job Requirements
- Experience working with pupils with complex needs in a school setting
- Confident in supporting and managing challenging behaviour
- Patient, resilient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid passport
- Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references
