Smart Education is recruiting a Qualified Primary and Secondary Teachers (QTS) to join a specialist independent school in Derbyshire dedicated to providing individualised education pathways for pupils aged 7-18 with autism and complex needs. You will work in a nurturing school that wraps therapeutic care and educational support around each child, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and academically in small, structured classes.

Job Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching pupils with additional educational needs/SEN
- Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills
- Ability to deliver personalised and engaging lessons
- Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid passport
- Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references
