Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teacher of the Deaf in the Northfield area.

Job requirements:• Qualified Teacher (Qualified Teacher of the Deaf)• Minimum Level 2 British Sign Language (BSL) proficiency• High expectations for pupils and strong communication skills• Creative, self-motivated, and committed to lifelong learning• Experience leading classroom teams effectively
Role responsibilities:• Deliver high-quality teaching for D/deaf pupils aged 2–11• Support pupils to reach their full potential within a bilingual setting• Plan and deliver diverse and engaging learning experiences• Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to meet pupils’ needs• Maintain excellent standards of communication and classroom leadership
