Job Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school environment
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour
- Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid passport
- Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references
