Smart Education is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 7–18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Redditch. This is a rewarding opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils with SEMH needs access learning and develop social and emotional skills. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will provide 1:1 and small-group support while helping to create a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment.
