Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 am – 4 pm)

Salary: £165.21 - £265.89 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students in French and German at Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in French and German to KS3 & KS4 students
  • Foster a love of languages, using creative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement
  • Differentiating lesson content to support students of varying abilities, including SEN learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative schemes of work
  • Assist with departmental administration and contribute to extra-curricular language activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE (TRN preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience teaching French and German at secondary level
  • Strong Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
  • A passion for language learning and cultural education
  • The ability to motivate and challenge students to reach their full potential
