Position Type: Visiting Specialist, 1 Day per Month

Al‑Faperio Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Prosthodontist to join our growing multidisciplinary team on a part‑time basis, providing specialist prosthodontic services one day per month. This is an excellent opportunity for a Specialist Prosthodontist or suitably qualified clinician with advanced prosthodontic expertise to establish and develop a referral‑based service within a modern, patient‑focused dental practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning of complex restorative cases.
  • Full mouth rehabilitation and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
  • Provision of fixed prosthodontics, including crowns, bridges, veneers and implant‑supported restorations.
  • Management of patients with tooth wear and occlusal rehabilitation needs.
  • Provision of removable prosthodontics, including complete and partial dentures.
  • Treatment planning and restoration of dental implants.
  • Management of patients with complex restorative and aesthetic concerns.
  • Working closely with referring dentists and specialists to coordinate patient care.
  • Providing detailed treatment plans and clinical reports.
  • Maintaining high standards of clinical governance, record‑keeping and patient communication.

Essential Requirements

  • Current GDC registration with licence to practise in the UK.
  • Specialist Registration in Prosthodontics or equivalent advanced postgraduate qualifications and experience.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Professional indemnity insurance.
  • Excellent communication and patient‑centred care skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable

  • Experience in implant restoration and full‑arch rehabilitation.
  • Experience in advanced digital dentistry workflows.
  • Established referral network.
  • Experience in private specialist practice.
