Are you an experienced, GDC-registered Dental Therapist looking for an opportunity to develop your Direct Access skills, build your patient base and work alongside an experienced, supportive clinical team?
At Ribbleton Dental Centre, Preston, we're looking for a motivated and patient-focused Direct Access Dental Therapist to join our friendly, established 5-surgery practice.
We're ideally looking for a full-time clinician, although part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. Working days and hours can be discussed during the interview process.

YOUR ROLE
You’ll provide high-quality dental therapy and preventative care, helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Direct Access patient assessments and appropriate treatments
- Delivering periodontal therapy, hygiene and preventative dental care
- Educating patients on oral health and long-term prevention
- Developing private services, including Airflow hygiene therapy, teeth whitening and periodontal treatments, where available and within your scope of practice
- Working collaboratively with our dentists and referring patients when appropriate
- Building lasting patient relationships through excellent clinical care
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re keen to hear from Dental Therapists who have:
- Current GDC Registration as a Dental Therapist
- Experience and confidence working under Direct Access
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- A passion for preventative, periodontal and minimally invasive dentistry
- An interest in developing private treatments and expanding their clinical experience
- A friendly, professional and collaborative approach
