Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist who enjoys working with patients and would like to develop your skills in patient care coordination?
We're looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Deepdale Dental Centre, Preston, in a varied role combining dental reception with patient coordination responsibilities.
Initially working 16 hours per week across Monday and Friday, this position offers the potential for additional days and hours in the future as the needs of the practice develop.
What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming patients and providing excellent front-of-house service.

Coordinating appointments, treatment enquiries and patient follow-ups.

Managing busy appointment diaries, recalls and surgery availability.

Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.

Handling telephone calls, emails, payments and patient records.

Working closely with our dentists and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in dental reception or patient coordination.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Confidence using dental software and managing appointments.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
