About Us: Located right in the heart of Wilmslow, our practice has grown quickly from just one surgery to four in the past two years. We offer a wide range of services, including aligners, complex implants, endodontics, and restorative dentistry, along with NHS services. We’re also aiming to become a DF1 training practice and are excited about moving to larger premises soon.

The Role: We’re looking for a warm and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team Full-Time. (Opening hours between 8am - 7pm) We will discuss working hours at the interview stage. Your role will be key in helping our patients through their dental journey, making sure they receive the best care and have a smooth experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Treatment Plans: Handle finance applications, payment processes, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Get Involved: Join in on marketing efforts, open days, and work with specialists.
  • Team Player: Work closely with our reception and nursing teams to keep everything ticking along.
  • Patient Interaction: Meet new patients, discuss treatment and payment options, and help with treatment planning.
  • Stay Organised: Keep patient records up-to-date, manage appointments, and respond to inquiries to ensure everyone has a great experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 3 years working in a dental practice (Dental Nursing experience is a plus).
  • Qualifications: GDC registration or previous Treatment Coordinator experience are a must.
  • Skills: A strong work ethic, teamwork, and a genuine passion for patient care.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with dental treatments like composite bonding, implants, and aligners.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable with dental software, scanners, and MS Office.
  • Customer Service: Great at connecting with people and flexible to their needs.
