Chester Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our friendly and professional team on a part-time basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for 3 days per week initially, with the potential for the role to develop into additional hours and days in the future.
Duties
Welcoming patients and managing appointments
Coordinating patients throughout their treatment journey
Discussing treatment plans, finance and membership options
Managing patient enquiries and supporting practice growth
Supporting clinicians and ensuring an excellent patient experience
Assisting with practice marketing and social media where required
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year's experience as a Dental Receptionist and/or Treatment Coordinator
Confident discussing treatment plans, finance options and membership plans
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Organised, proactive and confident working in a busy dental practice
Experience with dental software is desirable
A friendly, professional approach and a genuine passion for patient care
