What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year's experience working as a
Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator (TCO) .
- Confident discussing treatment plans, finance options and converting enquiries into appointments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to work in a busy environment.
- Experience with dental software and social media is an advantage.
