The Role: What You’ll Be Responsible For
As Head Dental Receptionist, you will oversee front-of-house operations across all three Belfast sites, ensuring:
- Smooth, efficient and professional reception performance
- Exceptional patient journeys from first contact to follow-up
- Strong financial controls and accurate reporting
- Achievement of KPIs and commercial targets
- Effective rota management and team supervision
- Training, mentoring and developing reception teams
You will also play a key role in promoting:
- Treatment plans
- Private upgrades
- Whitening and cosmetic options
- Finance options where appropriate
Your confidence in discussing treatment options will directly support practice growth.

Essential:
- Dental reception, TCO or dental practice administration experience
- Experience supervising or leading a team
