Join a leading dental network with over 100 surgeries across 35 practices in the North West and Northern Ireland. We’re seeking an experienced and aesthetics-focused Direct Access Dental Therapist to join our high-performing practice in Brierfield, Blackburn.
The Role
As a GDC-registered Dental Therapist, you’ll provide a blend of NHS and private care, with a strong focus on aesthetic treatments. This role is ideal for a clinician with a passion for smile design, minimally invasive treatments, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver routine care and hygiene services to NHS and private patients.
Provide aesthetic treatments including:
Composite bonding
Tooth whitening
Airflow cleaning
Minimally invasive smile makeovers
Clearly communicate treatment plans and cosmetic options to patients.
Refer patients to in-house specialists (implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry) when needed.
Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

About You
GDC registered with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, including aesthetic dentistry.
Proficient in treatments such as composite bonding, tooth whitening, airflow cleaning, and cosmetic fillings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Motivated, proactive, and open to flexible working hours.
