Role Overview
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive patient journey, from the initial enquiry through to treatment completion. This is more than a traditional reception role. As a Dental Receptionist‑TCO, you will help coordinate private treatments, support case acceptance, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding telephone manners and front‑desk customer service
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently
- Present and discuss private treatment plans and finance options professionally
- Support clinicians in coordinating patient care
