We are part of a respected and expanding group of over 100+ dental surgeries across 35 practices throughout Northern Ireland and North West England . Some of our surgeries offer flexible opening times, operating between 7am – 7pm , to meet patient needs.
The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Practice Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly team at our Smiles Dental Care Centre, Ballymena.
As the face of the practice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins, and maintain an organised reception area.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate bookings and manage reschedules to optimise practice efficiency.
Patient Communication: Handle phone calls and enquiries professionally and compassionately.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, manage payments, and assist with billing and insurance processes.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced: Prior experience in a dental or healthcare reception role is essential.
