Dental Practice Manager, Croxteth, Merseyside
Salary: £31,000 to £35,000+ per annum, depending on experience, pro rata for part-time hours
Hours: Full-time or part-time, discussed at interview
Practice: Established, eight-surgery mixed NHS and private practice

Join our Croxteth team and play a key role in developing private and specialist services, supporting your colleagues and delivering an excellent patient experience.
Your Role
Reporting to the Principal Dentist, you will:
- Lead daily operations, including recruitment, training, rotas and team performance.
- Act as CQC Registered Manager, maintaining compliance, effective governance and inspection readiness.
- Grow private services through effective treatment coordination, patient retention and referral relationships.
- Monitor budgets, costs, diary utilisation and practice performance.
- Support marketing, social media and local outreach.
- Oversee patient feedback, complaints and service improvements.
- Support delivery of NHS activity alongside the development of specialist services.
What You’ll Bring
- At least two years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A track record of improving practice performance and developing teams.
- Sound knowledge of CQC requirements, governance and GDPR.
- Confidence using dental software and Microsoft Office.
Experience in treatment coordination, private dentistry or specialist services would be an advantage, as would a relevant management qualification or GDC-registered background.
