We are looking for a Full-time Receptionist to join our welcoming 3-surgery dental practice in Bradbury (BT7 1RU). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting patients throughout their dental journey while working as part of a friendly and professional team.

About Us

We are part of a well-established dental group with over 100 surgeries across 35 practices throughout Northern Ireland and the North West of England. Our practices provide a full range of treatments, including general dentistry, aligners, implants, restorative dentistry, and NHS services, with a strong focus on delivering excellent patient care.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy practice environment and enjoys helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their treatment journey. This position will be Full-time 40 hours Monday-Friday. Full-time preferred but we will look at part-time hours for the right applicant. Working hours will fall between 8:00am and 7:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and managing the front desk
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Maintaining patient records and responding to enquiries
  • Supporting patients during treatment consultations
  • Explaining treatment options and assisting with finance applications
  • Handling deposits and private treatment payments
  • Supporting practice promotions, marketing activities, and open days
  • Working closely with the clinical and administrative team

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a dental practice
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Confident using dental software systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of treatments such as implants, cosmetic dentistry, and aligners is desirable
  • Friendly, organised, and able to work well within a team
