We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Business Manager who will have been successful in Account Management or Client Director type roles. In this position, you will take ownership of in-life contract and performance accountabilities across complex service providers. This is a strategic role requiring someone who can drive consistent delivery of contractual performance expectations and obligation requirements, manage spend vs forecast, drive a culture of continuous improvement and mitigate service risk across a portfolio of multi-service complex service providers.
You will act as the critical link between our business, customers, industry and service providers to lead delivery of cross-functional initiatives. This role demands resilience, confidence, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations both internal and external to DCC while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
What will you be doing?
- Strategic Account Management: Manage complex, multi-service supplier relationships post-contract, including leading governance reviews, risk management, financial oversight, continuous improvement and escalation processes. Balance commercial oversight with relationship building. Lead cross-functional initiatives for Contract and Supplier Management.
- Supplier Performance Management: Identify systemic underperformance and implement structured and enduring improvement plans. Apply frameworks for issue escalation and resolution. Create robust risk oversight and management to mitigate service risks. Create a culture of continuous improvement driving activity DCC wide. Lead ecosystem collaboration to drive continued service stability and value add.
