Join DCC as a Senior Service Enablement Manager, where you’ll lead the introduction of new or changed services into live operational use. This is a critical leadership role ensuring business readiness, smooth hypercare execution, and continuous improvement in service adoption. You’ll work across complex, multi-stakeholder environments to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services aligned with strategic objectives. You’ll safeguard live operations during service transitions, drive operational readiness, and ensure robust governance and performance standards—helping DCC deliver services that support the UK’s Net Zero mission.

How you will contribute to transforming energy and shaping the future:

  • Lead service transition, hypercare, and operational readiness activities across multiple teams.
  • Own and improve service enablement frameworks, including acceptance criteria and transition milestones.
  • Oversee RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management for incoming changes.
  • Act as primary escalation point during hypercare, ensuring rapid issue resolution and customer assurance.
  • Influence stakeholders and foster collaboration across Service Operations, Test, Design, and Customer Engagement.

Your skills that will enable us to fulfil our purpose:

  • Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and service transition processes.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale service introductions in complex environments.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Experience in incident/problem management and risk-based decision-making.
  • Familiarity with project/service management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
